Party Party!

Okay...still late but doing better!!! Madie's first birthday was a blast and turned out as good as I imagined! We had so much fun! It was of course a "Yo Gabba Gabba" party theme with all the things Madie likes best! We played pin the flower on Foofa, had a pinata and bubbles blowing throughout the party. We also had Gabba music playing the whole time. It was fun! Madie seemed to really enjoy it and she got so many fun presents from all her friends! Thanks to everyone who made it a success! And for all the friends and family who made it a party! Here are some pics from the day! I think Madie's favorite present was a few days early...When we found out that she is going to be a Big Sister!!! We are due March 2nd which makes me about 11 weeks today! We are so excited even though I am again sicker than a DOG! oh well it all pays off in the end right? Anyways, we will keep you posted and updated and I will try my best not to wait so long :)

FLIP!!! It's already JULY!!!!

Man! Where does the time go??? I am sitting here while Madie is asleep not believing that she will be 1 on saturday!!! It's seriously crazy to me!!! A year ago this time I was crying that my doctor wouldn't induce thinking that I was going to be pregnant FOREVER!!! I actully cried making my "next" OB/GYN appointment to the ladies at the desk that I didn't know. They handed me a tissue and looked at each other. Looking back, that was pretty embarrassing. But now I can't slow the time down even if I try!!! It is crazy! I know I have said that like 3 times already but it IS!!! man alive...anyways, here are some pics from Easter...dang I suck! I promise this day to post at least once a week!!! But don't hate me if my promise is crap :)We started at Grandma & Grandpa Smiths for an Easter Dinner and some fun with cousins Then we went outside to "find" the well hidden eggs.

It was soon discovered that there was CANDY in the eggs :) Obviously she likes the NERDS as much as her mom...Why else did I marry Ben? :) Happy girl getting ready to dye eggs...Easter is so much fun! February Part 2

I really need to post more often!!! I am like 2 months behind!!! Ahhhh! Now you can all see that I am late in every aspect of my life...not just getting places!

Anyways, so after "poop in a bag" and a 13 hour drive south from the frozen tundra, Corrie, the girls, Madie and I were in San Diego!!! We missed Ben so much and I am pretty sure he missed us too! He loves the Huish family and was excited that they were going to be here for two weeks of fun! We didn't DO to much but it still felt busy! We made curtains for the living room and Madie's room and ate mexican food and walked to the park almost every day! But the best thing we did I thought was celebrate Corrie's 29th (heehee) birthday at Disneyland which also happened to be Madie's first time! We also went to California Adventure the next weekend when Dave was here. It was really fun! I have posted some pictures of, Disneyland, Cali Advent. and the park so I hope you enjoy...give me a week and I will post some pictures of the new look in my living room!!! Thanks again Corrie for all that you did to help me! I COULD NOT have done it without you!!! P.S. Let's start planning trip #2!!!
